Liam took a year out of university after his fourth year to experience industry first hand and determine which career path he would like to go down. Liam was also the team member who had most experience working on projects and exhibited tremendous leadership qualities and as a result the team made him the leader.

Haakon has worked part time throughout his time at university and has shown exceptional organisational abilities in his other group assignments throughout the years. As a result, he was given the role of design and organisations officer. After the departure of Mathieu, Haakon also took on the role of health and safety officer.

Marcus Tennant
Life Cycle Analysis Expert
Marcus showed great interest in the sustainability of the project and was determined to close the sustainability loop of using the recycled glass fibres. It was from his passion to produce a more sustainable end product that he was placed on the life cycle analysis work package.
Ross Mackenzie
Communications Officer
From the personality tests conducted by the team, we found that Ross was the most extroverted and as a result he was put in charge of all internal and external communications. Throughout the project Ross has been on the forefront in communicating with industrial and academic partners, this has led to many exceptional achievements.

Alistair Stables
Life Cycle Analysis Expert
Alistair proved to be an extremely hard working and dedicated team member and as such he was conscripted to aid Marcus on the life cycle analysis. His calm and collective personality proved to combine well with Marcus and the two made a great team.
Mathieu Dos Santos
Health and Safety Officer
Mathieu showed great courage and commitment in his only semester as part of the team. It can be quite challenging to be part of an advanced project at a university where you have not been before but Mathieu excelled within the group and was a tremendous resource within the first semester.
